AirScape

Access to reliable, real-time air quality data is at the heart of creating cleaner, healthier communities. That’s why we partnered with AirScape and Camden Council to install 229 cutting-edge air quality sensors across the borough — one of the densest monitoring networks of its kind.

This open-access platform provides hyperlocal, street-by-street pollution insights, making invisible air pollution visible to everyone.

Today, we use this powerful tool extensively in our schools programme, helping students, teachers, and parents understand local air quality, the factors that affect it, and the steps they can take to protect their health. By bringing the data into classrooms, assemblies, and workshops, we make air pollution a tangible, solvable challenge for the next generation — inspiring informed choices and community-led action.

Looking ahead, we aim to expand this model to other boroughs, so more communities can access real-time air quality data and take practical steps towards cleaner air.
